Our People
The senior level coaches on The Eisen Consulting Group Inc.’s team were selected for their previous experience in various fields and for their success in the field of career transition, performance development, and career coaching (with up to 29 years of experience), and more specifically for their uniquely personalized approach to working with clients.
Our entire staff is committed to ensuring that every client is treated with the utmost respect in a professional, confidential, and caring manner. We work together as a team to provide highly effective coaching, advice and support, and to brainstorm innovative ideas and approaches for individuals participating in our programs.
She has held directorship positions with not-for-profit boards, chaired several fundraising committees, and founded WISE (Women in Search of Excellence), a women’s executive networking and development group.
Dennis consults with our client organizations in the areas of corporate restructuring and coaches individuals and groups in all aspects of career transition, small business start-up, retirement preparation, career development, conflict resolution, and change management.
Prior to joining The Eisen Consulting Group Inc., Dennis gained extensive senior level sales and marketing experience with several large multi-national consumer package goods and industrial packaging organizations, working in Canada, United States, Europe and the Pacific Rim.
He has held directorship positions with not-for-profit boards, was President of the Board of Directors for a children's service agency, and continues to volunteer with several community organizations.
Jennifer manages the development and day-to-day operations of The Eisen Consulting Group Inc. and CareerWise™ Coaching Group. She consults with our client organizations in the areas of corporate restructuring, organizational and team development, succession planning, and employee selection. She also coaches individuals and groups in all aspects of career development, team building, conflict resolution, change management, career transition, retirement preparation, and small business start-up.
She began her career in the career coaching and consulting field in 1987. Prior to establishing The Eisen Consulting Group Inc. in 1998, she held senior level positions with two major, national and international career consulting firms, including KPMG. Earlier in her career, she gained considerable experience in the areas of sales, marketing, and finance with large, international organizations in the publishing, high tech, and financial services industries.
In 1995, she was certified as a Career Management Practitioner through the Institute of Career Certification International. She is a member of HRPAO (Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario), and ACP (Association of Career Professionals). She is certified to administer various personality assessments and occupational tests, including but not limited to Birkman and Prevue.
Jennifer J. Eisen, CMP
President & Senior Career Coach
Lorna is responsible for managing all aspects of administration, facilities and finance for The Eisen Consulting Group Inc.
She also assists our President in the day-to-day running of operations, and provides support for our staff in the areas of assessment and testing, production of candidate marketing materials, and orienting new clients to our services.

Vera Hall
Senior Career Coach
Vera consults with our client organizations in the areas of corporate restructuring, and coaches individuals and groups in all aspects of career transition, retirement preparation and change management.
Prior to joining The Eisen Consulting Group Inc., Vera gained extensive experience in the fields of career consulting and human resources. She has held senior level positions with two major national career consulting firms, and three large, multi-national organizations in the consumer products and food industries.
She is a member of ACP (Association of Career Professionals International) and has held a variety of directorship positions with not-for-profit boards. She is actively involved with a number of organizations on a volunteer basis.
Lorna Dhanani
Manager, Finance & Administration
John consults with our client organizations in the areas of corporate restructuring, and coaches individuals and groups in all aspects of career transition, self-employment, small business start-up, and sales and marketing performance development.
Prior to joining The Eisen Consulting Group Inc., John was a business owner who built and eventually sold a highly successful paper products manufacturing business. He worked with the acquiring firm to transition the business throughout the United States and Canada. As a business leader, he has coached and developed many professionals to become business leaders. His experience has been highly valuable to individuals participating in our programs, especially those considering small business start-up or entrepreneurial ventures.
