The focus of our Career Transition Programs can be customized to assist individuals who are contemplating self-employment.
Prior to the full implementation of our Small Business Start Up Program, we thoroughly assess individuals to ensure the viability of this option for them, utilizing a variety of assessment instruments, questionnaires and exercises. If we have determined that they are well suited to self-employment, we then coach them through each aspect of the program on an individual basis.
